Google Spring Cleaning: More Cuts

Google have announced today via their official blog that more services are to be axed.

More than 30 services so far have been culled or combined since last fall. Googles change of tactics is focusing on combining some of it's core products into an easy offering via their The Web, Android and Chromebooks.

The newest additions included,  

• Google Mini - Closing July 31st with more details to come.


• Google Video - Users have until the 20th August to migrate, delete videos before Google will move everything remaining to Youtube.
   
• iGoogle - Closing November 1st 2013. Applications have moved on leaps and bounds with personalisation that iGoogle simply can't adapt with.
   
• Symbian Search App - Google recommend to make Google your homepage from now on.
   
• Google Talk Chatback. - Allowing websites to have a little applet to talk to your visitors was a nice idea but long outdated Google are encourages users to use Meebo.
